Ditto tjolims. I didn't know that there was a whole world of nappies out there waiting to provide advice as I began to make the transition from relaxed to natural hair. I am so thankul for this site. Just surfing through, I have found an abundance of information to answer the questions that I have as well as answers to things that I haven't had to deal with. I recommend this site to anyone who is contemplating, newly nappy or transitioning as I am.

I am new to the nappturality site. I want to thank you for this site as it is geared to those of us who choose to be free of relaxers. I was just on another site that is for naturals and relaxed heads, an wow, there is a big debate going on because a poster wanted to know if doing the bc is considered a fad. she would not do a bc because she does not like puffy roots (smh) even though she has a "decent grade of hair." The part in quotes is what got a lot of people steamed, and I understand. I needed to get away from that site so much because they constantly have these kinds of exchanges, so I just really wanted to come where natural hair is fully, completely, and lovingly embraced. Thanks!

The new forum is perfect for newbies! It´s great because any newbie with questions and problems will be inclined to visit the forum because of the title "Help Me with My Hair!
