if you are a true product junkie then its great because you get to try new products. but if you are someone that have found their tried and true regimen then i don't think it is worth it.

finally going to start doing my hair. gonna dust, pre poo, detangle, cleanse, deep condition. really pamper the hair.
i'm putting in mini braids again. gonna wear them for like 6 weeks. then...
i use it as part of my ceramide oil mix. i love it. walnut oil is one of the true ceramides (the others being sunflower, kukui, hemp and wheat germ). ceramides have really helped my hair.

well i was rocking the fugly braids since the last time i posted. going back to mini braids tomorrow. keeping those in for 6 weeks.
i use the oils and powders. using amla, bhringraj, brahmi.
^^ i feel the same damn way. if i don't officially get to waistlength by this summer, i'm done with any type of growth challenge.

i trimmed my hair the other day. my ends weren't as bad as i thought. right now i am rocking some big fugly braids. not sure when i will go back to the mini braids.

okay so for some updates...
-slowly taking down my braids. i do have some length in the very nape area. the other areas i really don't see it. but my hair does look...

well i use them the easy way. i like to use brahmi, amla, and bhringraj (maka) powders. i just use like a little scoop of each that amounts to about tablespoon or so. and i add it to my conditioner...
