I have bought from http://shop.agbangakarite.com/ and http://akuawood.co.uk/home.php?cat=2 (Sheabutter Cottage) both are great. At Sheabutter Cottage you can get both liquid and solid Black soap and even though she is in the UK shipping is super fast. Agbanga Karite sells solid Black Soap.

I purchase my black soap from nasabb as well. Their shea butter is also great.
