Hope this hasn't been posted before. Thought it was an interesting documentary. Some views seemed a little dated (especially by NP standards) and even by London standards, but I guess they are still out there (this was filmed in 2011)...

I totally agree, funny thing is that people in the corporate world don't care about your hair. I worked for years as a senior banker in London and white people did not care about my hair. In fact they were more encouraging than many black people when I first went natural. I now work in Africa and I am on the board of directors and still these people could care less about my hair.

We need to step away from this discourse that places natural hair as a trend, fad or movement. Natural hair is the norm, every other style is a fad/ trend.
