Moisturizing shampoo for DRY locs...
Recently Target had all Shea Moisture products on sale for buy one get one 50% off. I've used their deep cleaning shampoo before and one of thier hair oils and they worked OK but I saw that they had a shampoo that had a Allure Magazine "Best of Beauty" award seal on the bottle. It was their Shea Moisture RAW SHEA BUTTER MOISTURE RETENTION SHAMPOO. Since it was on sale I gave it and another one of thier shampoos a try. I LOVE it. It leaves my locs feeling soo soft and moisturized after I wash them. I only wish I had gotten two of them. Hope it works for someone else!

I'm going to try this out because my dd's locs are so dry!! And I've been hesitant about using conditioner (trying to avoid build up).

Some of the most preferred products today are argan oil shampoo and conditioners. These products have the ability to penetrate the hair easily which considerably helps in restoring the hair from damage and dullness as well as to maintain its shine, softness and natural beauty. In addition, it helps moisturize the hair, shield it from the harmful rays of the sun or what is known as UV damage.
