I was wondering what everyone's favorite workout vidoes are. I'm finding that switching up helps break the monotony. Right now I'm using Tae Bo boot camp, the new firm workout Transfirmation (the one with the weights and no step), and I just got the New York City Ballet workout- haven't tried it yet.

    What works for you?

Walk Away The Pounds is the only workout video I've been able to do.

I love the new Tranfirmation vids. My favs have always been the Firm workouts, then Prevention workouts. Both have a nice variety.

Hmm.... I've never tried the Prvention Videos. Are they like the Firm ones?

No, they are beginner type videos. Still nice and easy and the cueing is good.

I like one called Yogalates - a blend of yoga and pilates. ^_^
It's really good and kind of lengthens and tones your body without adding bulk. Great for posture too. If you are fan of yoga or exercises involving balance, strength and finding a calm centre- it's one to try.

I am a workout video junky I have had the NY City Ballet DVD for months now and I love it. I do it maybe twice a week for fun to work on my legs and it will kick your but. It's really difficult at first but once your balance improves it's easier. Now i'm using Kettlebells and a DVD called Kettlebells the Iron Core Way. That is my new favorite, It really works your lower body. I also love all of the GAIAM Pilates DVD's...
