Can we stomach this

It's not a challenge per se but a remainder. It's really simple, just check in after you take your vits or at the end of the day to say which vitamins you have taken

This is ongoing

today I took my liquid multi and my Hubner Silica Gel

Check the percentages of the minerals in them and compare to the amount you're supposed to have daily. Overdosing on vitamins is an issue, even though it's all good stuff.

If the 100% amount isn't listed on your vitamin bottle, then it's going to require a little bit of math on your part. Here's a list of intakes here, (http://www.lenntech.com/recommended-daily-intake.htm) but you'll still need a calculator to see where you're at.

Water soluable vitamins are excreted in urine, so you can't really OD on them. It's the fat soluable (ADEK) that can cause you to get sick or even die from toxicity as you can see from the list. My doctor & nutritionist say it's also a good idea to only take your supplements every other day since your body excreted/metabolizes anything it doesn't need out, taking it QOD makes your body absorb more and waste less. In these days/times, I'm trying to save money every way I can (even though I got a bottle of 300 MV's from WallyWorld for $11.99... that's almost 2 years worth of vitamins if done correctly :D )

I tool my Multivitamin, Biotin, Cranberry & Green Tea pills today. Will take Cayenne, and Silica tomorrow

ETA Another good site that has information for men & women here. (http://www.supplementquality.com/news/multi_vitamin_chart.html)

I'm taking a vegan multivitamin twice a day called Vegan Hair, Skin, and Nails. I'm a vegetarian, not a vegan(although I'll probably attempt it again), but I'm using this because I couldn't find a regular multivitamin that didn't contain fish oil. :S So far I've been good about taking them everyday.

I've been taking a multivitamin and biotin 1000mcg for about 1.5 months. So far my nails are stronger. My hair is in braids so I cannot tell whether my hair is growing any faster. But I do have plenty of new growth which probably means the vitamins are working.

I take daily:

A Multivitamin Syrup (1 teaspoon)
A Prenatal vitamin (Since im still nursing)
A Calcium/Magnesium (Suppose to be 4, but i take 2)
Biotin

All of these are vegetarian safe.

I usually take them at night or try to split them into morning and night.

ok this is my list  hair skin nails vitamin, fish borage & flaxseed oil, Vit B complex, and Biotin 5000mcg. I alternate everyother day and only take the FBF 1x weekly because it makes my skin oily. I've been taking these vitamins for around 3 months and my nails are strong and beautiful, they dont even look real  and I have more energy. I dont think my hair is growing faster or thicker but it does feel Stronger so my regimine works for me.
