I am teacher of students who have emotional disabilities and every now and again the staff at my job will have to restrain a student (this is legally permitted just in case you were wondering) who is in danger of harming himself or others. Well today was one of those situations. The student was out of control, attacking staff, etc. So me and another teacher went in to restrain him and he grabbed a big chunk of my hair. I grabbed his hand so that he couldn't pull. Well the whole time that he's grabbing my hair all I could think was
"this chile better not mess up my updo, I'm trying to get at least a week and half out of this style"

Needless to say we got him to release his death grip and my hair just needed a little touching up. As I look back on the situation I just had to burst out laughing and decided to share the story....:p He could have taken out one of my eyes...but don't mess with my hair...LOL

Ok, I really did LOL at that!! Too funny. Isn't it weird how that's the kind of thing that crosses your mind in situations like that?!?

...that was way too funny.. now let me tell you one:

My bff had just went to the hair dresser and did her hair, she went to sleep with the side of her face on her arms so that her head wouldn't touch the pillow, the next morning she was telling her boyfriend that her hair had messed up on the side, and to that her boyfriend answered while cracking up: You were in such a deep sleep and unconsciusly moved your arm, but in your sleep you exclaimed "oh $hit" when your head hit the pillow!.

Is amazing that even in our sleep we think about our hair...

It's like being in a life and death situation and making sure that you have on enough make up and that you hair is in place. Lol!
