Hello! (:
I just have a quick question, I looked at some posts about flat ironing hair and I read that most believe it should be cut out or very limited. While I am transitioning I wanted to somewhat keep my normal style. My hair seems to be doing well with it, all together it is 16 inches long, and my new growth is about two inches right now (I measured today). I know they say that heat can damage your hair and permanetly damage the natural curl of your hair, but I am not trying to flat iron my hair every day. That was very unhealthy, even when my hair was all relaxed. So would it be okay, as long as I followed to normal shampoo, deep condition, etc. and used a heat protectant spray, to flat iron my hair once a week?
