Herb -NEEM for facial breakouts

I purchased some NEEM at an Indian Grocery for facial applications.

The grocer said that this Herb is widely use in India (i also Google.com reasearched) to prevent breakouts/acne and promote clear skin-- free of eruptions.

I mixed some ( 1tsp) with h20 t make a paste ina little Glad palstic midget bowl ( these migets are great for the
kitchen/ bathroom chemists :) ) I apply a dot on the 4 face regions and mix with other facial moisturizers....I have used no for 2 days :o

This sounds good. I really need something. My face is breaking out more since my hair is in my face now.

I believe Neem is also used as a birth control...
