Does anyone have a counter top convection oven? I'm not talking about a regular toaster over. I mean the convection ovens that are a bit larger than a toaster over but still sits on your counter?

What are the pros & cons? Any brands you like?

Like a Nu Wave Oven (http://www.amazon.com/NuWave-Oven-Digital-Black-Extender/dp/B003IBJY32/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1361566617&sr=8-1&keywords=nuwave+oven) or the like? My parents bought one, and my dad (the main cook of the house) uses it for EVERYTHING! Like, he disconnected the gas stove because he uses this countertop thing for everything!

Needless to say he loves it, the brand they have is Nu Wave. I know the timer went out on it though, so they just use an egg timer now (no need to replace the entire thing because it still cooks).

Pros would be the cooking time greatly decreases, doesn't get your kitchen hot (like if you live in a warm climate), and the way the food comes out (not overdone/dried out).

The only cons I can think of are the size - like you can't fit your normal baking dishes (like a cookie sheet) in there, so trying to adapt your normal dishes to be prepared in the space given. Also adjusting cooking times vs. a regular oven.

I'd never heard of these things at all until I had a coworker probably 7 years ago who got one as a wedding present and ONLY knew how to cook on it. She had no idea how to adapt her normal cooking to a regular oven when it broke, but fortunately she was able to get a replacement part pretty quickly and go back to what she knew.
