OK, My Napptural sistahs. I have a question for you. How do you cover your head in the winter? I live in Chicago and the winters out here are no joke. Most winter hats are wool and we already know what wool does to our hair.

I don't know why i'm thinking about the winter and it's not even July yet. It was a thought that ran across my mind and just had to get it out there. :D

hmmmm.... over here i tend to use a satin lining in my cap to prevent my hair from drying out.

Yeah, what jazzy said... or slip on a satin bonnet until the hat comes off...

Yeah, I was wondering this too. I do the silk scarf under a hat, but sometimes that takes too long. Do they make hats that already have a satin interior?

I made hats from that polar fleece which was so popular last winter. You can also try leather or corduroy.

Couldn't you sew in a satin bonnet, roughly into the lining?
