A good friend of mine shared this recipe with me.

Morning Star Farms Grillers


Bell peppers


Oil (olive if you can)


Baking dish

Favorite barbecue sauce

Gently defrost the grillers in the microwave for a minute or two.
Slice them in half, strips, or leave them whole.
Chop the onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms however you like.
Saute the vegetables and grillers in the oil.
Cover the bottom of the baking dish with barbecue sauce.
Place a layer of the vegetables and grillers on top of the sauce.
Place more sauce on top. Repeat layers until pan is almost full.
Pour more sauce on top. Bake in oven for 15 minutes.

Serve with toasted buns. I want to try an onion bun.
This recipe sounds like it would work well with any other meat substitute. ;)
