I know they have some longevity and history, but those prices are ridiculous!
(05.26.05 - AP) — Several popular home and garden-style stores have been accused of retail fraud. The Chicago Department of Consumer Services has cited 40 stores, including local Sears, Ace Hardware, Kmart, and Home Depot stores.
City investigators found overcharges ranging from .40 to $40. The stores face fines of up to $500 for each violation.
