Does anyone know of any good cd's I can pick up by an reggae artists? I need some new dancehall music-and not Sean Paul! (Much love to him, but I'm kind of tired of him right now...)

Well, it's not dancehall but you might want to check out Easy Star All-Stars' Dub Side of the Moon. It's a really wonderful dub reggae version of Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon that I love to listen to!

Hey shorty. Best Buy usually keeps a decent selection of Dancehall mix CDs. Anything from VP Records or JamDown Records is pretty good. I have most of them and have never been dissappointed. If you're looking for CD's online, you can try these sites:

Dancehall Reggae (http://www.dancehallreggae.com)
or
Irie People (http://www.iriepeople.com/music/index.html)

both site have info about the music and links to buy CDs

BTW, if you're looking for some soca, check out JW Records (http://www.jwrecords.com) in NY.
