I buy them all of the time, especially at my local Flea Market from local vendors. I really want to make my own but am a wee bit perplexed at all of the recipes. I know it is usually salt or sugar, some kind of oil(almond?) and essential oils right?? Also i really have enjoyed the brown sugar scrubs(scented with gardenia...yum) does anybody know a recipe for this???? Peace ya'll...

what I do is take some sugar( brown or white) and mix it would some good smelling conditoner( I like suave). It makes your skin so smooth and is cheap and easy. but for the recipe you want you need some type of body oil ( I like those blended ones like hot six oil) a few drops of essential oils and some sugar. I mix mine is small batches .sorry I don't really have the measurements but I'll try to look them up and get back to you later. hope this helps

My favorite scrub.

Kosher salt
Walnut oil
Spearamint flavoring.

Just mix salt and oil until you get the right consistency. Add a few drops of flavoring.
