I am currently getting back into running after having my daughter, can anyone give me a internet site where I can purchase some decent running shoes?

Tried these already:
Footaction
Athlete's Foot
Lady Foot locker/Foot locker
Road Runner Sport
Eastbay

Anyone have any other sites?

Try new balance... of the ones you have listed, eastbay is my favorite because you can compare shoes and search by what type of support you need.

I like Ryka shoes...I think they have a website. I purchase mine from Lady Footlocker.

You can use the "shoe fetch" mechanism to find a shoe that matches your foot type (arch, width, pronation, etc.)

Stay away from mainstream "fitness" stores like Footlocker and the like (I don't even like Niketown).

My favorite brands are Saucony and Brooks. I currently use Brooks Adrenaline GTS--a GREAT shoe.

I'm not sure if they are still in business, but I got some great running shoes (Nike) at quite a bargain price from holabird sports (i think they're in Baltimore). try searching under 'holabird'.
