I just listened to it twice. I think I will give it a 7 out of 10. He steals a few of Luthers riffs but its good to listen to. Not sure if I'm going to buy it, but I did enjoy it somewhat.

*yawn* I really was expecting more from him. His album is like hood-rat Luther without any singing technique. Ugh.

I did like a few of the songs, but not enough to buy the album.

I like it. I've been very selective recently on what I buy. I'm torn to support the brotha or not. He is a bit too hip-hop for my taste. Reminding me a lot of Jahiem's flow. In "Sorry 2004" he sounds like Dave Hollister. On "Superstar" he sounds like he's straining a little. hmmm. Overall, it's a good collection. I think his 2nd (fingers crossed) CD will be much better.

Guess we all have different tastes, but I really like his album and I will defintely be purchasing it!

Teasia, I'm with you girl! I absolutely LOVE this CD!

My boyfriend bought it for me before I could buy it for myself. The more I listen to it, the more I love it. This is one of the few CDs that I can listen to without forwarding through a song or two. My favorite songs on the CD are Sorry 2004, No Ruben, How Can You Mend a Broken Heart (this has such a nice "old school" feel to it), Take the Shot, Play Our Song, Don't Quit on Me...well I just love the whole CD...lol. I'm also very selective about the music I buy, but this is well worth the money! :)

I LOVE this CD! I love it more and more each time I listen to it.

I don't think he sounds like Dave on "Sorry 2004". Maybe because I am a big Dave fan, I dunno lol.
