I've seen quite a few people refer to the "Crown and Glory" method/routine. Could someone explain what this is exactly?

:dunno:

the jest of it is "grow you hair long by wearing braids." w/ tips on size, keeping your hair moisturized, braid take down, etc.

I'm not really clear on the other stuff but the comb and brushing section was really helpful for me today. I used it when I detangled my daughter's hair and it made things much easier.

I don't know about that shampoo section, though.

I do not always use kanekalon hair an dif i do i do not do the vinegar rinse. I do not use the products that she uses. I just do box braids levae them in for 2 months at a time. wash with diluted poo once a week. spray with my own conditioner and water concoction TWICE a day. thats it very simple
