NOLO - http://nolo.com/ - lots of info on starting a biz, plus publications, legal forms for purchase, and plenty of DIY legal advice and educational articles.

The Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance, is a huge compendium of all assistance offered by the federal government. It's [mercifully] searchable by keyword; the web address is www.cfda.gov .CFDA GOV (http://12.46.245.173/cfda/cfda.html)
Your Local library should have access to Grant information from the State Library and federal sources, www.cfda.gov, www.grants.gov, and www.sba.gov/expanding/grants.html.
