ok don't feel like typin' that much so here are the basic rules

1. Daily to Weekly co-washes
2. You are only to use 3 products on your hair excluding conditioner
3. no gels (with the exception of aloe vera gel)
4.drink at least 48 oz of water daily
5.take your vitamins daily
6.try not to mess with your hair alot
7.spritz with water to retain moisture

I know not that exciting but i really needed a challenge

pm me for specifics

 :P :) :P :) :D

Count me in too. I definitely need the water and vitamins. Does mousse considered a gel? Cause if it is, that's going to hurt. And for how long?

Sounds like a good challenge.....and I need a growth challenge. Just wondering about the gel, I use Fantasia. Is it something about gels outside of aloe vera that hinders growth?

runrunrunner

i'm in.

drinking water has become easy for me...so that's a go
i need to purchase multivitamins, though
and i've been exercising recently...so, i've gotta keep that up

the only product i'll be using is blended beauty happy nappy styles/kick for curls [that i mixed together, so it's one] - i'll use this twice daily - in the morning and at night [especially because winter/colder months are coming]

shampoo/deep condition/detangle once a week

no condition washing for me.

trying my best to stop fiddling so much with it or taking my stress/anxiety out on my hair.

i'll probably twist it every once in a while to help myself out a little bit.

sorry it took so long for me to repost but for some reason i couldn't find my thread and emails weren't coming to me  , as for your question about the aloe vera gel vs. fantasia peronally to me (and other nappturals)aloe vera gel is a better moisturizing gel than the fantasia plus it gives you a chance to get to know your hair w/o gels and activators plus alot of people said gel is drying and a key to growth is moisture.Yall can shampoo if u like cause i know everyone doesn't co-wash :D anyways have fun and good luck :D
