I want to use the shampoo base recipe but I'm not really sure what castile soap is.....DOes it come in cakes, flakes, liquid, etc., and where would I be able to find it?

Health food stores and medical supply stores. (I've never seen it in any drug stores in my area.)

it's liquid...Dr. Bronners sells scented pure castile soap (scented with essential oils). I'm not sure where to get unscented, but I'm sure a good health store would have it.
