Thanks to Ravensholst, I decided to hunt down a bead store and get to work. I tried Michael's Craft Store for beads, and they were beneficial in my first two creations, but I was introduced to another bead store in my area and am glad that I found. This bead shop is full of ALL KINDS OF BEADS. Check out the newest necklace that I made. I am calling my jewelry line NicBugPic... Let me know if you guys like it.. I will be making more. To look at my three creations go to...

They are really easy to make. There are lots of books are there on jewelry making and beading. Barnes and Noble has a lot of good books. I know the local bead store in my area hosts a lot of workshops which I plan to attend to enhance my craft. I enjoy doing it.

Wow, inspiring. When i was in Mexico this weekend i had to stop myself from buying up overpriced beaded jewelry cuz i told myself that I can go home and make the same stuff. That's what i plan to do. You work is beautiful. i really like it.

I just had to come through and support a sista's creativity. Great job on the necklaces. I make some in when I have a spare moment or get hit with a bolt of creativity. It feels really nice to be able to say that you made your own piece when someone comments on your jewelery. It feels even better to see someone proudly rock something you made and it looks store bought.

Very nice. I want to start making my own jewelry. My sis-in-law used to make hers and said she'd be happy to show me how. I can't wait to try my hand at this.

Those necklaces that I posted were my first hand at necklace making so I am in the stages of perfecting the skills before I sell them. When I do decide to sell, you guys will be the first to know.
