I need your photos

Hey Ladies,

Although I haven't decided on a title yet my new book is nearly ready. One of the things I still need is pictures of all kinds of hairstyles: twists, bantu's, coils, you name it as long as the style is natural. I have seen some beautiful albums out here so if you aspire to become a model or just want to have your style featured in my book feel free to send me your picture. If your photo is chosen you will receive a signed copy of the book when it comes out. Sorry I can't offer more.

The book will be about 100 pages of mainly text. So, it is not a picture book but it will also have some illustrations and about 15 pictures. The first edition, 500 to 1000 copies depending on the cost, will be sold via Internet and in select bookstores throughout the US.
If all goes well the book will be published in June of this year and a web site will be launched simultaneously.

Please send your pictures to info@kroeshaar.com. You can also send your pictures by regular mail, pm me for the address. You will receive your pictures back if they are not selected.

Dear ladies,

I really enjoy your albums, they are truly very inspiring. Unfortunately many pictures are not good enough for the book. The rules are very strict cause the pictures will be grayscaled and not colored. So we need extra clear pictures.
The rules for the pictures are basically that a photo should be
clear, the person should look in the lens at the person who looks at the picture unless it is a side or a back shot. Then the hairstyle should be very clear but not overexposed and the background should rather be one color, not too busy. No cut heads or cut styles.

I really don't mind going through all your pictures I just hope your not disappointed.
