    Question Faux Hawk

    Hi Everyone,

    Can someone please tell me what pins/hairclips i'm supposed to use on a faux hawk? I have tried to create this style using bobby pins but my hair was too thick.

    Thanks!

    I used bobby pins (a LOT), usually on a twistout. You could try the jumbo pins or little ponytail holders (three or more, from top to bottom and fluffed so it hides the holders). I suppose it just depends on how much hair you have.

    I have tried the jumbo pins but i'm not getting the tight look on the sides that I desire. I will try the little ponytail holders.

    Thanks!

    I found some jumbo click clacks at an Ulta that I use;
