    Default Help!!

Hi, my name Is Aaliyah and I'm fourteen going on fifteen. I have permed my hair for about a year or so, and my ends tend to break since I got my first perm. So I want to go back to my natural hair. I have long hair near the center of my back. I don't know how to transition from perm to natural and I don't want to lose my long hair either. Help!!!!!!

Good suggestions but weave makes my scalp really itchy but I will definitively try the bun. Thanks!!

I transitioned for 8 months. I would wash my hair and set in on the big magentic rollers to dry. Then I would style as usual. At night I would but sponge/satin rollers on my hair. In the beginning I wore it out a lot. Towards the end of my transition I wore a lot of buns, ponys and 1/2 up 1/2 down styles. The youtuber fusionofcultures transitioned for a long time and had beautiful styles. You should check her out. Good luck.

Oh one more thing as your transitioning you don't want to comb your hair to much because it will lead to breakage.

HOw do you keep your hair? I rarely comb my hair...I keep it in twists. If you don't have one already, purchase a wide-toothed comb and gently comb your hair. When wet...finger comb. (Hope I didn't misread your question)

You should also let some tendrils of hair hang down from the bun and flexi rod them so they are like little curls.
