Should I get them done?

Im on a budget and I have an interview approaching in a few days yet can't decide whether or not if its really necessary to get my locs done. They don't look bad, however I do have some new growth, still twisted at the roots since the last time I got em done which was a month ago..they haven't been washed I usually keep my hair covered, was thinking of just getting my hairline beard shaped up & going..The position is an outdoor position so I doubt my hair really matters, its just the initial impression, what y'all think?

It probably won't matter but if you'll feel more comfortable, get your hairline done. I'm assuming you're going to pull them back into a conservative ponytail.

When I go on interviews I coordinate a lock scrunchie with whatever outfit I will be wearing for that day. Be it told it should not matter if you have locs or not just make sure they are neat and clean with their appearance and you should be fine. Best of luck on all your interviews
