Looks like they switched the videos because all it is a woman talking. Had to google, and looking at the screen grabs, I won't be looking at the original video.

IMO, the over-saturation of "vegan leather" in the market place is another example of political correctness run amok. Finding a good pair of REAL leather shoes, boots or a jacket is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Some of us still want the quality of footwear and outerwear that can ONLY be had with genuine leather.

To be fair, pleather has been around for a long time. I'll say that probably most of the "leather" items that I've owned throughout my life time -belts, shoes, bags, wallets, etc. - were actually made from man made materials.

It's only recently that more high-end brands have decided to cash in on it and re-market it as vegan/animal-friendly. It's a win-win for them. They get to increase their profit margins while also increasing their goodwill (in terms of public perception) as a company.

    ^^^^

ROFL! If it's a Black owned business and we make a few tweaks, I say why not.
Tweak #1: the black guy doesn't talk/explain to the offended party, he creates a "teaching moment" for the racist (which he's paying for)
Tweak #2: the victim of racism is reimbursed for their psychological and emotional suffering for the experience caused by aforementioned racist (which he's paying for)

Pay for ignorance until you learn. And if you don't learn/your # of racist incidents don't decline over time, rates go up. Have 'em all begging that last line: "I wanna leeeeaaaaaarrrrrnnnnnn!!!"

Anyone care to provide a critique? Clearly I'm over thinking this comedic piece, but I like thinking about these things. *shrugs shoulders*
