I'm gonna take a stab in the dark here and guess that the two Swedes who thought this up are white......

This "study" tells me nothing about the racial politics of the world. Absolutely nothing. You can be open to living next to a person of a different race and still be racist and intolerant. Bottom line, you cannot quantify racism and racial intolerance. Maybe if the thoughts and experiences of those who actually experience racism were believed and acknowledged, white people wouldn't have to try and "figure out" racial politics around the world by gathering lame azz statistical data that really means nothing to anyone living anywhere.

Well Black Swedes do exist . I think generally white society do acknowledge and believe the existence of racism, they make laws to accommodate that fact in my neck of the woods. Weather they own their own personal racism when its comes close to home is another story. I still it find fascinating and disturbing when it comes to the Black Diaspora we (generally) our quite happy to love and intergrate with everyone but the reverse is not the case.

I'm aware that black Swedes exist, which is why I said that I'm guessing the one's who specifically came up with this were white....I could be wrong about that but.....

In my neck of the woods the laws that exist accommodate white people's beliefs and perceptions of racism and is largely left up to them to decide how to handle racial disparity, as opposed to it being inclusive of marginalized groups. Therefore, most of the laws created in white countries to deal with the "race issue" actually deal with very little. IMO, laws and policies meant to help any marginalized group only works if that group is involved in the process and if entrenched white supremacist ideologies are addressed at every level of society.
