Natural for the second time

First time I big chopped this time I transitioned for 2-3 years. Went to the Dominican salon to chop the relaxer off she blew it out and flat-ironed it big mistake. She wasn't half bad she could where to not cut my natural hair exactly - I couldn't even tell. Oh well I suffered some heat damage and my texture is loser. I'm grateful my hair is easier to manage cause I just can't be bothered. I wear a nappy wig that looks like my hair. I need to have enough hair for a bun. I am lazy. However, my new growth is coming in fierce. So extra love, time and patience is needed to keep my hair from breaking.

I know how to braid hair so I mainly wore braids and a fro my first time being natural. If I tried anything other than a fro, or twist (the wouldn't act right neither) I wanted some variety. Now I can do a twist out but keeping up is work. Laziness will have my hair breaking due to rushing. I do moisturize my hair with braid spray, avoid harsh sulfate shampoo and deep condition while still in cornrows under my wig. Then I re-cornrow and remove shed hair from each braid.

I want to spend more time styling my hair. It will be a baby step by step process. #MyNaturalIsNotYourNatural
