I only use Biotin but I'll definitely look into some of the things you all use. Is there noticeable growth with other vitamins? To be honest, I'm not even sure if Biotin is working.

Nioxin intensive therapy recharging complex. They are the best and obviously other people are catching on because the price has tripled on Amazon from normally a bottle of 90 pills for $30 to $173.
Loving the natural me! : )

I use Futurebiotics Hair Skin and Nail vitamins. They are about $11 bucks for a 30 day supply at my local grocery store. They also sell them at Vitamin Shoppe and probably a few other places. I get very steady hair growth from these. I compared them to "Hairfinity" vitamins and the only thing missing is the MSN (which makes me itch). My cheap Futurebiotics have a lot more of the daily amounts for the vitamins/minerals than the Hairfinity vitamins.

Biotin (5000mg). Dermatologist recommended it, plus advised me to eat protein at every meal.
Not sure about the hair, but it's definitely working for my nails. I clip them and they're back in 2 weeks. Very strong & thick.

I am currently taking Viviscal extra strength ( heard about it on Dr Oz),biotin,MSM, & Hairomega DHT from Amazon. I also use this essential oil mix on my scalp http://www.blackhairinformation.com/...ssential-oils/
Another good product is super potent Jamaican black castor oil, also from Amazon
I'm also using something else which I won't mention for several more months until I see if it's working
So far my nape & temples are improvingDid BC Feb 2009 after 28 yrs of curly perms. Ditched wig June 2010 ,wearing flat twists & puff.Avatar me & my new BAA. Use Kinky Curly in summer & Qhemet or Shea Moisture Yucca in fall & winter. This winter is very harsh & caused dryness & breakage so I went back to wigs as protective style & using grease for first time since the 70s : Dax & Blue Magic.
