Okay, I find myself almost everyday rubbing, feeling, and coiling my little curlies. g I would like to know if it's bad to touch your curls, excessively! I mean, could the friction cause breakage or something? I have terrible hand in hair disease (: haha

I hope not 'cause I do the same thing.

I personally haven't experienced breakage from playing in my hair. As long as you're gentle and aren't ripping your hair, you should be fine. If you start noticing breakage, it would be best to give your hair a rest.

Me too!! Especially the lil tight curls. I sit at work all day playing in my hair. Helps the time go by

I think it would only be a problem if you have long nails that may be snagging the hair. Besides that, if you aren't experiencing breakage, keep rubbing!!

That's so true. I forgot about the nail situation. I have long nails, so I have to make sure I file down any jagged edges.

    Exclamation

I'm so glad I'm not the only one. I just grab and twist and gently tug, just to watch the coilies pop back into place on their own. You dont know how excited I am. Because as a permie I got so frustrated because my hair would not do what I wanted it to do. Now as a nappy head, my hair does what it wants and I love it. I wish we had formed this relationship together years ago...
