Unfortunately, when debates make a big difference in elections, the reason are often more about the best one-liners, put-downs, body language and personal idiosyncrasies than about substance. Hopefully, Obama doesn't come off as elitist/professorial tonight. McCain goes in with the perceptual advantages tonight, in my opinion (i.e. most people think of him as commander-in-chief "material" than they do of Obama).

Anyway, did you notice this?

Yeah - they don&#39;t want their butts kicked! Folks don&#39;t put up with that stuff no&#39; mo&#39; down heah. :P

One thing&#39;s for sure - they can&#39;t keep saying that stuff like that only happens in our neck of the woods:
