A mini rant:
I hate protective styles! I've done it all..twists, kinky twists, kinky braids, micro braids, cornrows, hair wraps...the whole nine! I really just want to wear my fro all the time, but every time I get in the habit of having it out, I notice all the hair I'm losing and how bad it tangles and decide to put the braids back in.
I know they're better for you hair, but it just drives me crazy that I have all this beautiful, thick hair and nobody ever sees it!

Is it me or does everyone on youtube have beautiful locs? Maybe I'm just watching to many videos.... :unsure: but they are starting to look really cute.....REAL cute....
oh and :angry: I'm mad my super cute twist out got rained on today and now my hair looks shot. I am NOT doing it over, I refuse to. I'm just going to look busted until the weekend. I'm so not in the mood for appearance maintenance these days, brows, hair, sigh...whatever.I Still Have Joy!

I saw my former stylist today for the first time since I decided to stop the CFC. She gushed and said "I love your hair! It looks so much healthier now!" All I could say is thanks. :blush:
