And also I Bc'd yesterday after transitioning for 6 months and i can't stop looking at myself. i LOVE it. I'm only 16 too.

it depends on what your hair likes. I tried the whole co washing thing and my hair and scalp didn't like being bothered that much. I might do it in the summer sometimes when I'm doing a wash n' go (but I really try not to do too many of those, b/c my hair will be tangle and knot city).

I wash my hair once a week and keep it in a protective style (ie: braids, twists, buns, etc...).

some people wash every 2 weeks, some co wash everyday. it just depends. experiment and see (thats the fun of hair)

Since it's winter time, I only shampoo maybe...once every 2 weeks or so? Just to clarify. But I co-wash everyday. However, during the warmer seasons, I co-wash about once or twice a week and shampoo whenever I remember to (usually works out to be about once every two weeks just like winter)...I just get so used to cleaning my hair with condish that I forget that shampoo even exists.
My hair and scalp like this...but yours might not. You just have to experiment!!!

I Co-wash my hair everyday because it loves it.
I think it just depends on what your hair needs and likes for you to decide on how you will take care of it..

if i cowash i do it whenver i feel like it honestly n if i shampoo i do it every one or two weeks

When I had a TWA, I used to conditioner wash my hair every day or every other day and wash with shampoo on the weekends. Now, I just shampoo/condition once a week. When the weather is hotter, I may cowash once or twice a week, too.

depends more on the way you like to wear your hair, i think, more than texture. if i'm wearing wash'n'goes at the moment, which is what i'm doing right now, then i cowash daily. but if i'm twisting or cornrows or some other protective style, then it's once a week

I wash with shampoo about once a week but if my hair starts getting dry or itchy I cowash just to give her some moisture.
