Forgive what may be a stupid question, but I surfed past topics and didn't really see an answer... </span>
<span style=\'colorurple\'>Can/should you no-poo with locs? Do you have to shampoo? I've been no-pooing for about a year now and didn't know if I'd have to shampoo once I loc'd.
TIA.

I poo regularly. Usually once a week, a thorough deep-cleaning poo session. Most times I don't poo and just rinse with water. Occasionally I don't poo at all and will just use conditioner.

I don't no poo with conditioner. It does not work for me. I will use vinegar or baking soda or lemon juice or I will use vinegar, oil, lemon juice and egg. This I got off the internet. Cleans really good.

"No poo" means washing with conditioner, not shampoo. I was never keen on this. Then I strated gong to the gym. I would wear conditioner in my hair under a cap while I worked out, with the intention of shampooing when I got home. A couple of times, I just washed out the conditioner. It was fine. So I guess you could say that I alternate with shampooing and no pooing.
la vida es un carnaval.
