You could try making mixing the rosewater and glycerin yourself. No reason that shouldn't work.

A rosewater/glycerin mix is sold at health food stores. I can't remember the name of the company off hand, but they sell a lot of items in the personal care section of the store. Wait a minute! I think it's Auraglow or something like that. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

I came across a picture with products in it. The company is Heritage Products. Take a look http://www.iherb.com/Heritage-Produc...0-ml/8273?at=0 I'm sure you will find it in most health food stores. This company also sells a lot of carrier oils as well.
