Did anyone get a shape up after their bc?
I just semi bc'd after a 2 month transition and I cut the sides and the back to my new growth only leaving a little hair in the middle. I just did that so I'd have a cute style to adjust to. But anyways I get my cousin to shave my head so that it was all even she says that I should get a shape up. I just wanted to know how many people have done that after their bc?

I did in the back. I don't mess with the front, and I didn't even touch my sideburns this time. But I surely did get a cute little faded shape up in the back when I got my trim.

Just the back--towards the nape of my neck.

I shaped/faded the back (not by choice . I asked the barber to edge up the back of my nape and he zoomed his clippers right through my TWA) BUT I love it now. Its been about two months and I love the shapes now that it's grown out a bit.

After I did a BC at home, I went to a barber (a good one) and had him even out my fro and shape up my sides and back. i didn't have him give me a real hard line, just a nice little shape. I've only gone back one other time to have him straighten it up when it got a little "rough-looking". I will probably continue to go back as it grows out.

I did my own bc and had thought about getting it evened out several times, but never did. I'm kinda glad i didn't b/c it looks great and the shorter parts have caught up with the longer parts. I wear my hair in a wash'n'go style 99% of the time so shrinkage hides a multitude of sins.
Transitioned for 7.5 months. Now I'm FREE!!!!
