What has changed on your body now that you are over 40?

I haven't been able to pass the pencil test since I was about 19.

I finally have some gray up top (about 5 strands) and about 50% down below. My mom hardly has any gray at all and the gray I have is in exactly same place where she has gray so I'm assuming my gray will be like hers.

That's about all. I'm still wearing the same size as I did in college, I was noticing my butt starting to drag a bit but since I started swimming 3x a week last fall it has lifted up again nicely.

The main change I have seen is internal. Perimenopause is kicking my butt! Still learning how to deal with the symptoms. Let's just say my monthly cycle was always a breeze my entire life but in the last year or two or so it's been completely crazy. Apparently this is normal for my age (mid-40s).

Noticed yesterday I think my teeth are receding, I got a slight overbite I never noticed before....(either that or I am paranoid lol)

ohmygod, yes!! i have all these moles on my neck...and don't let one get hung up in a necklace!!

It's the gums that recede, making the teeth look longer since more of the tooth is showing (hence the expression "long in the tooth").

I have that too.

Gray hair that I color, losing my eyebrows, gray nose hairs, chin hairs, nipple hairs, sagging breasts (but they've sagged since age 35), belly flab, gray pubes that are also in the butt crack (I looked, LOL), coupla blue veins showing, extra weight, and a recently diagnosed degenerative disc in my back !! But...............I'm livin' my life like it's golden, 'cause it is

I've got 5 or 6 gray hairs in each brow, too many to pluck, so I gotta apply brow pencil color every day. Adding insult to injury is my brows aren't as thick as they used to be so I have to very careful plucking out the errant hairs. I also periodically sprout white hairs from my chin which are in contrast to my brown skin (sigh!) LOL
