Oh really?
I actually am a Blackberry user, but it's Wifi/Bluetooth/thisthat so I wonder if that would work... that could avoid me having to deal with AT&T....I'll have to look into that...
EDIT - And actually if you wait you can get fully warrantied, guaranteed, Apple Care ready items directly from Apple for MUCH cheaper than new. I do that for almost all my Apple purchases. It's Cheap to be Pank. Come to the Pank Side.

I'm typing this from my iPad right now. This is a pretty neat device! I really like it. I try to go to bed, but I can't stop using it. LOL

My friend said it is not the best option for reading. She said the glare in certain lights is awful and she can't even bother looking at the screen for too long without getting a headache. She suggested Kindle for book reading purposes. The only reason I wanted to get it was for e-reading so I will likely just get the Kindle and pass on the iPad. The Kindle has WiFi so I will still be able to surf the net with it.

CCG, I find that turning down the brightness helps to make the iPad more reader-friendly.
I'm overall very happy with it except a movie rental that I downloaded cut off the last 15 min of the movie. I got the money back, but still... Also, the movie took >12 hours to download directly to the iPad. Does anyone know if it's faster to download to my PC then transfer over to the iPad?
