How often are u shampooing?

I've been loc'd almost 8yrs, and I just went back to washing once a week and I'm starting to DC once a week also.

I wash everyday almost. I deep condition 2x a week. I love washing my hair.

I workout six days a week... And I sweat HARD!! So, I wash daily...

Question for those who wash daily do you find a difference than when you previously washed your locks? I notice when I was daily my hair is baby soft.

Ive been locked for 3+ years and I wash once a week. In the beginning I was washing nearly every 3-4 days for the first two months.

Loced 6 years and have an itchy scalp. Wash twice or once weekly. Trying to stretch it out to weekly washes since it takes so long to dry, never seem to have time to sit under the dryer and that takes ages also. Just cut about 5 inches off to cut down on drying time.
Those who wash or rinse daily, doesn't having a wet head all day bother u?

^^^ That's a good question. I know how long it takes my hair to dry. It seems like by the time my babies dry, I'd be wetting them again if I washed every day. I air dry for a few hours and then I sit under the dryer for an hour or two to make sure they aren't wet inside.
