How often are u shampooing?

I've been trying to wash once a fortnight min and build up to once a week but my roots tangle so quickly and it just becomes frustrating and a chore but one I know I must do. I don't retwist as much as before probably 6-8 weeks if that but separating my roots can be a killer. I don't want to go back to regular twisting as my roots are much stronger between retwists so caught between a rock and a hard place right now.

Loc'c for 1 week. Tea rinses every 2 days, wash every 2 weeks with bs/acv rinse.

During the summer I was once a week but in the winter months I wash every 2 weeks and with conditioning I use every two weeks winter or summer...8 years locing for the 3rd time

10 Years loc'd here so washing is a big ordeal, but in summer I wash once weekly and in winter in wash every two weeks, I DC once a month in Summer and every 2 weeks in winter. locks tailbone length it take HOURS to dry.

I use shampoo alternate days and that works for me i was curious about conditioning my hair, so, i got an interesting guide on how often should you condition your hair

Because my scalp is special, I HAVE to wash every 4th or 5th day. I TRY to stretch it to 5 days, but then I will have itching and burning that is quite annoying. When my hair was loose, I shampooed every other day, but with my locs, I'm trying to stretch out the washings a bit.
