My fav cookie is the Snickerdoodle, those things are delicious, I need to learn how to make them. After that, probably White Chocolate Macadamia nut from Subway, or a good old fashioned chocolate chip cookie.

The best of the best are Butterfingers and Twix. And even though Reeses aren't a "candy bar" per se, my hips will testify they are cooler than the other side of the pillow.

Adding to cookie list:
(bought): Girl Scout Samoas, Nabisco Mallomars - can only eat 2.
(homemade): Rugelach (apricot/walnut) - 3 batches don't last 24 hrs. in my home. Addictive.

Yep.
So are Jelly Belly Jellybeans, Swedish fish, anything by the company that makes Sour Patch Kids, and those Sugar Babies/Daddy candies.
Then of course cookies that are homemade can be vegan, and usually the ones that are made with carob (the chocolate substitute) are, too.

White Chocolate Macadamia nut cookies are the most awesome cookies. <3
And I changed my mind. I actually like a called Apollo. Not sure if it counts as a bar though...
They pop up once in a blue moon and whenever I see them I stock up like I'm getting ready for a fall out.

I used to be OBSESSED with snickers! Still enjoy them every once in a blue moon...but Kit Kats are in 1st place right now. Reese's peanut butter cups are in 3rd place (although not a true candy bar)!

Oh, they are. *w*
Little strawberry chocolate drops. It's hard to stop and not eat the whole container (which I have done for lunch many, many times...)
