Who else is doing their hair tonight?

This morning I detangled, washed, detangled some more, DC, did a partial air dry, made med/small twist and now have it in a bun. I think it took 4 hours to get through the whole process.

I'll wear the bun with different headbands for 3-4 days then a twist out for 3 days and start all over again. I'm going to try and stick to this routine for a solid month.

I just finished my locs. (Whew!) This is my new regimen and it seems to be working really well. I DC w/Qhemet's AOHC, then washed and conditioned with Aubrey Organics, moisturized with Infusium23 leave in and Qhemet's BRBC. Then I loc'd using Darcy's Madagascar Vanilla Styling Creme (holds pretty well) and finally sealed with my own oil mix - all in three hours.

I just spent the better part of my day co-washing, deep conditioning, and two-strand twisting each of my three daughters' hair. They are 100% natural....it took me 6 hours. I co-washed and deep conditioned my transitioning hair and flat-twisted it. It took me about 1 hour for mine. I am almost a zombie now!!!

After 2 years of growing my fro, I cut it to a smaller one. High on top, shorter in the back and sides. It really makes me look my age so I digg it.

I henna'd today and just finished twisting up with AOHC.
