shea butter
i tried shea butter for the first time last night! after i got out of the shower i applied africa's shea butter all over my body. i loved it! i generally have dry skin. i applied the shea butter to my face [without mixing with any other oils] my face felt very moisturized!
does anybody else use shea butter on their face and body? do you use it by itself or do you mix it with oils?

I love shea butter. I mix it with oils and use it as my body butter. In the winter, I sometimes use pure shea on my face.

I use a mix of shea butter, aloe vera gel and honey on my skin. It's very moisturizing.

I've been using my shea butter/EVOO mixture on my face and body as well as my hair and my hands are softer than they have been in ages. I love this combo for my skin. I also have been known to add vitamin E oil to the mixture for my face.

I've been using Shea butter on my face for a few months now and my cousin even noticed a difference in how good my skin looks. This is great because my skin is sensitive to everything else, but using something this natural really helps.

And it's cheap! lol
yeah, I have not so good skin that is very sensitive. Plain ole shea butter has been one of the few things that have worked for me.

I use it as a lip balm and to soften my crusty feet and they are crusty no more! I find the smell too strong and nutty for facial or overall body use (the pure, hard, unrefined, organic stuff).
