    We should do a "poll" like this every five years; Then we can see who is "STILL" locked after 5, 10, 15 years, or if someone ended their journey.

    If you have reached 4 years into your journey, you are a Senior!
    {like high school/ college 1st year >freshman, etc.}

    My locks lasted longer than my last romantic relationship (not sure if that's good, sad or funny)

    Still wearing my dreadlocks. This month is 8 years and while I sometimes think I want to cut them off or do a 'trim' I haven't. Maybe at year 10 ( Lord willing) I will cut back to between shoulder and bra strap length.

    This month will be 13 years since I started my locks. I've been cutting them twice per year for the last few years because I want to keep them a little lower than my lower back.

    Sometimes, I feel discriminated against, but it does not make me angry.
    It merely astonishes me.
    How can any deny themselves the pleasure of my company?
    It's beyond me.
