Oops. I checked 25% but then I read the definitions and I guess I'm 75%. Sometimes I polish my nails, but never use gels, tips, etc. Also, I eat mainly vegetarian food, but I eat artificially sweeetened things, so I'm not sure if that counts. I don't pay attention to the ingredients in my beauty products to make sure they're all natural.

My experiences, that are mine and not to be generalised for other hijabis, have illustrated that the concern is not my oppression, but the inaccessibility of hijabi bodies and a general discomfort with those who have no problems with visible signs of cultural and religious difference. Same here...I'll eat a natural food item here and there.

I haven't had nail tips in a decade or more

According to the criteria, I am 100 percent natural. But in reality I don't think I will be completely natural until I move to my house in the countryside of JA and grow my garden.

ITA...

I'd say that I am 100% natural but until I grow my own and live on my own terms of a natural routine, I don't feel it yet.
I'm planning on growing my own garden, it's best if you want to eat all natural organic foods. you can plant all the vegetables and herbs you wish. [/b][/quote]
peace.

triple ditto. i am at 75%, hopefully after the sacred woman journey i will reach 100%. i also want to grow my own herbs, fruits, and veggies. hopefully when i get out of houston i can work on that.

be well.

I guess by saying natural, she means eating what's grown from the earth like veggies, herbs, and fruits. JMO but I don't know.
thats about right. I would say that vegetarian meals are most natural and healthy

according to the thing I'm 50% because of natural hair and nails... half of my beauty products are natural and a large number of the food I eat is grown in local gardens no pesticides etc so I'd say I'm at 65%

I'm 75%, and I, too, am currently working on eating more natural foods.
