Default Baking soda and Suave coco condish = Yummy hair

    Hi all!

So I'm sure this has been discussed before but I decided to play kitchen tician last night and try a homemade DC. I mixed suave coconut condish, baking soda and some olive oil and applied it to my hair. I left it on for about 3 and 1/2 hours while cleaning up and playing Wii. When I took it out, my hair was the softest it has EVER been and my curls were poppin! I applied my DC immediately and left it in overnight. This morning I was blown away at how incredibly soft it felt...just wanted to share!

Hey! My hair is super short right now b/c I just BC-ed so I mixed up 1/2 cup baking soda, 3/4 cup of condish and about 2 tbsp of olive oil and I still had a ton leftover. Next time I will cut the recipe in half, except the olive oil. Also, next time I'm going to pre-poo the night b4 w/ oil...I read that someone else did that to protect the hair.
