    Default Random Fitness Thoughts - Redux

    I've been waiting for the weather to clear up. I need to do the C25K program again but I'm a bit of a wimp.

    So I bought some pants last year and they were too tight. Right now I'm back down to that same weight but I'm shaped differently and my stomach is much smaller. I put those pants on today and they fit perfectly...what an awesome feeling. Next month I'm gonna start a giveaway pile.

    I can definitely see this as a way of life. I guess I just had to get here on my own time.

    ^ doing a happy dance for you!

    ------------------------------------------------

    The temp hit 80 degrees today and it felt so good to get outside to run. I did not care if the track was wet and sandy. This run seems like it required less effort because its not an uneven track. I can get use to this weather.


    ETA: AuNappturale, how is your training going?

    Yesterday, I ate something unhealthy before my run and barely completed 2 miles. I know better so there's no excuse.

    My BFF got me to sign up on Sparkpeople.com and I think it's going to work out just fine for me. It has these points and that's what's getting me...I'm so competitive .
    Not really a diet (I'm just trying to maintain) but just tracking what you intake and workout plans.
    Today I did two walks at work when I usually just do NONE. If they lose this point system..I don't know how this will work out.

    so my first day at the gym was tues and ive been going every day since (not spectacular to most but im excited)

    1.5 to 2.5 miles of cardio. and a 30 min circuit workout as well
    i must work on portion control now
