    I've decided and Im in! I need to take better care of my body and my hair. What are some methods people are using to ensure that they are drinking 64oz a day?

    I'm so in! Yay! I just need to drink a 32 oz cup of water at work and I should be good with my water intake because I only drink water with my meals.

    I'm in, all I used to drink is water and then for the past semester I've been slipping up & drinking nothing but soda and juice smh

    Oh seems interesting.. Youy guys are such good influences. OK so how many plastic cups are 64 oz approximately will strat from tomorrow.

    How is everyone doing? I gotta admit that every since I cut out soda I feel a lot better. Im not as tired or sluggish as I use to be. (who woulda known LOL) Im so glad I made this decision.

    Im On it!! Count me in!! Was just thinking about this I lost a tone of bloating when I was drinking more water hopefully I can continue. How long it the challenge or is there no set length?

    hey.. drinking water is such a good thing to do. i drink about 80 oz a day with ice because i have acid reflux and it soothes my throat. i really dont drink anything else. i found that over time, the more water you drink, the better it tastes.. i actually enjoy and look forward to a tall glass of water with lots of ice chips.
